Fan Huddle is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and security for all data collected both from individuals on behalf of our clients through our feedback systems, as well as from visitors using the Fan Huddle Website (www.fanhuddle.live). Collection of your Personal Information

Through the Fan Huddle Website, Fan Huddle collects Personal Data in the course of providing a variety of services to consumers and to business partners through technology and delivery partners and services. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose Personal Data through Fan Huddle public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

Fan Huddle is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites other than the Fan Huddle Website, and the terms of this privacy policy do not apply to any other websites or content, or to any collection of data after you click on links to such outside websites. We do not intentionally gather Personal Data about visitors who are under the age of 13. 

 

Use of Device Camera and Microphone

The System utilizes your device camera and microphone for video-audio streaming during Fan Huddle events as managed by our technology and delivery partners. 

 

Choices and Access regarding your Personal Information

Before Fan Huddle, through our technology and delivery partners, collects Sensitive Data (defined below) directly from any consumer, Fan Huddle will offer the consumer an opportunity to opt-in to such collection, and we will provide an explanation of our privacy practices related to that information, if those practices differ materially from this privacy policy. If a consumer does not opt-in to such collection, Fan Huddle will not collect the Sensitive Data. In such instances, however, Fan Huddle, or our technology and delivery partners may be unable to provide the services for which the Sensitive Data would otherwise be collected. An individual may elect to withdraw his/her consent to future collections of Sensitive Data by sending a written notice to Fan Huddle at the email address set forth below. Such notice should state clearly that the individual wishes to withdraw his/her consent to Fan Huddle's future collection of Sensitive Data directly from the individual. Following Fan Huddle's receipt of that notice, Fan Huddle will take steps to stop future collections within a reasonable time. For purposes of this privacy policy, "Sensitive Data" refers to Personal Data that pertains to racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs, health or sex life, or any other information with regard to which applicable law requires opt-in consent prior to its collection. Anonymous Data about such topics (i.e., similar data that is not associated with any data that personally identifies you) is not Sensitive Data.

Please also be aware that, as part of its customary business activities, Fan Huddle’s technology and delivery partners and services may collect Personal Data. Whenever Fan Huddle receives Personal Data from its business partners, Fan Huddle relies upon those business partners to obtain any consent from consumers that may be required to authorize Fan Huddle's privacy practices related to the applicable Personal Data, and Fan Huddle does not provide choice to individuals regarding Fan Huddle's collection and use of the Personal Data received from those business partners. Fan Huddle is not responsible for the policies or practices of those business partners with respect to the Personal Data those business partners collect. 

 

Use and Onward Transfer of your Personal Information

Fan Huddle does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Fan Huddle may, from time to time, share information about you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. 

In addition, Fan Huddle may share data with trusted partners to provide services to Fan Huddle or to provide services on Fan Huddle's behalf, such as performing statistical analysis, sending you email or postal mail, providing customer support, or arranging for deliveries. We require all such third parties are to agree to limit their use of your Personal Data to performance of such services in a manner consistent with this privacy policy. 

 

Fan Huddle does not use or disclose Sensitive Data without your opt-in consent

Fan Huddle Websites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Fan Huddle or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Fan Huddle; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Fan Huddle, or the public. 

Fan Huddle may use external tools to generate graphics and charts in the Website or application. No customer data is passed to external tools to generate these graphics and charts in the client browser. However, when we from time to time export the graph to Excel or PDF, your aggregated data must be sent to external tools in order to generate the file. No detailed records are sent to external tools, and only the data labels and numbers actually displayed on the exported graph are transmitted. 

 

Use of Cookies

The Fan Huddle Website uses "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Fan Huddle pages, or register with Fan Huddle site or services, a cookie helps Fan Huddle to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same Fan Huddle Website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Fan Huddle features that you customized. 

 

Information Retention, Security and Integrity

We may maintain Personal Data in our databases for so long as we believe it is necessary or beneficial for purposes of developing, providing and improving our services, even indefinitely, except to the extent we are required to remove such Personal Data by applicable law, and except as described above regarding Sensitive Data. Even after we remove Personal Data from the databases that we use in active operation of our business, some or all of that Personal Data may be retained in our inactive archival backups of those databases.

While we believe our policies and practices regarding information security and integrity are reasonable, we cannot guarantee that the security and/or integrity of Personal Data will not be breached or that such Personal Data will not be subject to unauthorized access, alteration, corruption or disclosure. We review our information security policies and practices periodically and may update them as we determine reasonably necessary to achieve information security and integrity consistent with industry standards.

Delete Account

​

The Fan Huddle Live platform has a function within the “Profile” tab for a user to “Delete Account”.  This “Delete Account” function removes your account information from the Fan Huddle Live database, so that you will no longer be able to log into the Fan Huddle Live platform.

 

Enforcement

Fan Huddle periodically conducts internal reviews and self-assessment of its Privacy Practices to confirm its compliance with this privacy policy. We will take good faith steps to correct any non-compliance identified in the course of such reviews. 

Consumers who believe that Fan Huddle may have acted in a manner inconsistent with this privacy policy may contact the Fan Huddle via the email address or postal address stated below, and we will exercise good faith efforts to resolve disputes and complaints.
